mini-stewed tofu with Indian spices<\/h6>\n
\n-1 big red pepper
\n-2 shallots minced finely
\n-100g of whole rice (or 3 rice as in the picture)
\n-2 beautiful carrots cut in slices
\n-1 small clove of garlic\u00a0crushed with a garlic press
\n-1 teaspoon of: turmeric, cumin, paprika, coriander
\n-2 teaspoons of curry
\n-1 teaspoon of organic vegetable broth powder (or 1 cube)
\n-A pinch of pepper
\n-Add water 2 times and half the volume of rice.
\n-1 block of smoked tofu cut in dice<\/p>\n
