Hello, young Padawan
Still keeping it simple, today we’re going to make an infused water that has managed to win over soda and syrup fans, so I can tell you I couldn’t wait to share this mini-recipe with you!
It’s sure to please young and old alike, while helping to remineralize the body.
Let’s get started: two minutes of preparation, including the dishes.
Cucumber and Strawberry Infused Water
8 medium-sized strawberries
6 cucumber slices
2 liters (or about 70 fl oz) of filtered water
Optional: a few ice cubes.
THE RECIPE
Wash the strawberries and cut them into quarters. Cut each cucumber slice into quarters as well.
Pour the strawberry and cucumber pieces into a large carafe, then add the filtered water. Stir and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
PREPARATION
Using a fine tea strainer, a coffee filter, or a fine strainer, pour your infused water into your prettiest glasses or water bottle for the office. Add a few ice cubes for an “aperitif” effect.
Keep refrigerated for 24 hours.
Have a great weekend, and see you next week for new adventures.
